West Chalfont was a constituency in Buckinghamshire. In 1994, a by-election was triggered after the death of incumbent MP Sir Morris Christopher, for which Ronald Biggs (Liberal Democrat), Adrian Finch (Conservative), Charlotte Fraser (Labour), and Lieutenant Colonel Kojak Slaphead III (Bald Brummies Against The Big-Footed Conspiracy Party) all stood. A hustings between the candidates was held live on Knowing Me, Knowing You with Alan Partridge. West Chalfont was described as the "safest Conservative seat in the country" by Alan Partridge.
