Tony Cloke was an acquaintance of Alan Partridge. He lived in Newton Flotman because it was more affordable than Norwich.
Biography[]
In June 2013, Partridge rear-ended Tony's car at a set of traffic lights, and refused to accept responsibility. By the time of Alan's Footsteps of His Father walk, he owed Tony roughly £3000. He later lent Alan a large tent, which, unbeknownst to him, also contained a smaller, Buzz Lightyear-themed, children's tent.
