Ronald Biggs was a Liberal Democrat politician who stood for West Chalfont in a 1994 by-election. He appeared in a hustings on Knowing Me, Knowing You with Alan Partridge, and was also a lawyer. He previously worked in Chalfont Council as a member of its education committee.
